The Group Study Bundle is a collection of resources with everything a group of women needs to study the Bible together. It includes the Companion Guide, Scripture printout, discussion questions, and corresponding teachings provided on audio and video.
The Scripture for the Group Study Bundle will always focus on a portion of the same book that we are opening together in our Dwell Richly Plan. Women choosing to do the Dwell Richly Plan can also study along with the Group Study Bundle and find a beautiful, deep experience, as an individual or as part of a group.
Our desire is to equip women to lead studies well in their areas of influence -- in their churches, homes, neighborhoods, and workplaces. Can you imagine open Bibles all over Dayton, as women hear from God together? To that end, we endeavor to support women as they study in their spaces... by creating resources, training leaders, and providing the framework for study to take place whenever and wherever God leads.
In 2022, as we dwell richly in Deuteronomy, the Group Study Bundle focuses on the Shema in Deuteronomy 6. In the gospels, Jesus called this passage “the greatest commandment.” If He thinks it’s that important, so should we.

This Group Study is an 8-week plan that focuses on Deuteronomy 1-11, highlighting what is known as “The Shema” in Chapter 6:4-5:
“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.”
“Shema” is the Hebrew word for “Hear,” but the meaning and intent found in these verses goes well beyond what we do with our ears. In this study, which complements our 2022 Dwell Richly Plan, we will learn how Moses’ words to Israel in the book of Deuteronomy teach us why and how we love God.
In addition to the Companion Guide, you will use the weekly teachings. These are available on the Dayton Women in the Word YouTube channel. The teachings are also available in audio format through our podcast.
