Breaking Barriers | Kjersti Fry {S8 E7}

KJERSTI FRY-6.png

As we continue to talk through breaking different barriers to approaching our Bibles, today’s episode features Kjersti Fry, a pharmacy student who desires to grow in her relationship with the Lord as she works on completing her degree. As Bethany and Kjersti discuss the long days of student life, Kjersti shares her desire to carve out time to dwell in God’s Word and the joy, knowledge, and peace she receives from it. Whether or not you are a current student, we hope you relate to the barriers Kjersti faces, and we pray this conversation will encourage you to break through them!

“God’s Word really is living, it’s active, it is so encouraging to us no matter what season of life we’re in.”

Kjersti wants to live in a world where Jesus' name is always praised. When she's not studying for her pharmacy classes, you can find her spending time with her family, going for runs outside, or drinking coffee with friends. Her favorite scripture is 1 Corinthians 2:9: "For no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has planned for those who love Him."

On this episode, Bethany and Kjersti refer to the following references and resources:
