This episode is the seventh teaching session in Dayton Women in the Word’s “The Shema” Group Study Bundle. In this episode, Jillian examines Moses’ warnings to the Israelites not to forget God in the Promised Land. This forgetfulness manifests itself in idolatry, identity problems, lack of faith, and pride for the Israelites and for us as well. At the end of the teaching, Jillian talks about how we can practice remembrance as we endeavor to love God with all our heart, soul, and strength.
